HireAdvice was created by Juliette Boone to help support non-profits and small businesses in her community with talent and organizational needs. Juliette got her start in the hospitality business at a very early age and has always had a passion for both the hospitality industry as well as helping others.  She began her consulting career in 2004 when she joined the consulting and valuation group at HVS, global hospitality advisory firm with an office in Boulder, Colorado. Juliette rotated through different consulting divisions within the company and found her calling when she joined the executive search team in 2008.. As a Founding Partner, she helped launch AETHOS Consulting Group in 2013. HireAdvice was born in 2015 to help smaller, local companies bolster their in-house HR & recruitment teams with recruitment training and other advisory work. Over the years, Juliette has helped the spectrum of Fortune 500 companies to emergent start-ups from Los Angeles, Vancouver, New York, Denver, Chicago, Miami, Washington D.C., to Boulder and elswhere find key talent or build their superstar teams. She has advised clients on organizational structure, compensation design and market trends, and has helped companies fine-tune and better understand their talent needs. 

Juliette has written numerous articles and research papers spanning a variety of contemporary business topics from corporate governance to the "glass ceiling" in the C-suite in the hospitality industry. She holds a Bachelor and Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University. 

In her free time, Juliette enjoys spending time with her family testing new recipes in the kitchen or exploring the Colorado hiking trails whether on foot, ski or bike. Ms. Boone has served as President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Cornell Hotel Society, and is currently an Elected Member-at-Large of the Cornell University Council. She also volunteers with the Cornell Admissions Alumni Ambassador Network for Colorado.
