HireAdvice was founded by Juliette Boone, Co-Founder and Managing Director of AETHOS Consulting Group, a global boutique executive search firm recognized for excellence in talent acquisition. With nearly two decades of experience, Juliette is trusted by Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups alike to identify and secure outstanding executive talent critical to their organizational success. The company expanded in 2025 with the addition of seasoned executive search professional Pam Sousa. Together, their decades of experience sitting on the "hiring side of the table," recruiting talent for hundreds of organizations and conducting thousands of interviews, they have developed a deep and nuanced understanding of what hiring managers are looking for and what sets exceptional candidates apart. Drawing on decades of mentoring young professionals, they have created a proven methodology and a suite of practical tools that empower recent graduates and early-career professionals to achieve their career goals with clarity and confidence.

Our mission is to provide a comprehensive process for early career professionals starting with clarifying strengths and professional values all the way through landing and negotiating a professional, exciting career offer (or multiple offers). 

Through our comprehensive process we:

• Coach clients to develop a better understand themselves and their goals 
• Teach them how to tackle the uncomfortable, but highly effective, task of identifying and building a strong network (even if they think they have no connections at all) .
• Train them in highly effective interviewing and communication strategies, as well as email etiquette, visual presentation, posture, vocal intonation and more, to boost their confidence and dramatically improve their opportunities to land a "dream job."
