Juliette is Founder & CEO of HireAdvice; she is also, Co-Founder and Managing Director of AETHOS Consulting Group, a global boutique executive search firm recognized for excellence in talent acquisition. With nearly two decades of experience, Juliette is trusted by Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups alike to identify and secure outstanding executive talent critical to their organizational success. She holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University. She serves as Steering Vice Chair on the President’s Council of Cornell Women, is a former President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Cornell Hotel Society, has served as a Member-at-Large of the Cornell University Council, and as a dedicated volunteer for the Cornell Admissions Alumni Ambassador Network. As a published thought leader, Juliette has contributed articles and research on topics ranging from corporate governance to advancing women in the hospitality industry’s C-suite.

Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College, combining her understanding of human behavior with practical industry expertise. Her extensive background in matching candidates with challenging and rewarding opportunities has given her unique insight into what makes a career truly satisfying.
Drawing on her years of experience on both sides of the hiring process, Pam brings practical knowledge of industry trends, employer expectations, and the skills that lead to career success.
Beyond her professional practice, Pam is committed to giving back to the community by volunteering as a mentor to first-generation college students as they pursue post-graduate employment.
